湖南洪江维权人士"聚众扰乱社会秩序"案开庭 Nov 13th 2013, 03:33, by wqw0 (维权网信息员郝民报道)本网信息员今天（11月13日）从湖南洪江库区维权人士处得到消息，洪江托口电站库区维权人士"聚众扰乱社会秩序"一案已于2013年11月12日开庭，广西律师覃臣寿、吴良述出庭辨护。法院择日宣判。 湖南托口电站库区维权人士肖玉兰、张先干、杨承香、蒋书秀、黄丁香、姚金莲等人是今年6月24日被洪江市检察院以涉嫌"聚众扰乱社会秩序"罪批准逮捕的。11月12日正是中共召开三中全会之际，洪江官方一面加紧对库区民众房屋进行强拆，一面对被捕维权人士进行审判，另外，库区维权人士也受到洪江警方的威胁恐吓，不准参加此案的庭审旁听。 此案维权人士亲属表示，在政府的高压下，只有少数亲属到场参予旁听，他们担心洪江政府认为库区移民已被征服而加重对自己亲人的刑罚。
