中国: 顾义民"煽动颠覆"案开庭 Sep 30th 2013, 01:02, by 法广 庭审进行了四个小时。辩护律师之一刘卫国透露，顾义民在法庭上声称自己无罪。律师表示，展示历史真实事件的照片，这不构成任何违法行为。而要求举行纪念活动，也不违反现行法律。当局曾经警告顾义民不要举行纪念活动，但后者予以拒绝。 发生在1989年6月4日针对学生示威的镇压行动，一直是中国当局最为忌讳的历史话题。迄今为止，也没有任何详细的伤亡记录。官方曾经表示，事件中共有包括士兵在内的241人死亡，7000多人受伤。而独立观察人士则表示，不算外省市，仅在北京一地，死者人数就至少超过一千人。 Media files: jpg_1527.
