江苏无锡十多位访民在京上访被强制遣返 Nov 14th 2013, 02:46, by wqw0 （维权网信息员李军报道）2013年11月12日下午，江苏无锡访民殷白妹在北京上访被无锡驻京办人员带走，同时被带走还有陶国芬、谢其明、尤桂凤、吴士兴、唐梅英等10多人。当日下午5点他们被强制送回无锡。 11月12日晚将近十点，十多位无锡进京访民于被送回无锡，多数由各镇派出所开警车接走。尤桂凤、吴士兴夫妇被带到派出所后，他们在派出所里高血压、冠心病突发，被送到无锡市第二人民医院救治。 殷白妹被带到了无锡市锡山区羊尖镇派出所，一直扣押到扣押到11月13日上午十点左右放出，大概12小时失去自由，殷白妹在里面做了两份笔录。 殷白妹因房屋强拆上访，曾多次遭遇当局抓捕关押等打击报复。
